About CardioVibe

CardioVibe is a heart-health app and blog built around a simple idea: most blood pressure improvement happens in everyday habits, not the pharmacy. We help people understand their numbers and lower them with small, sustainable daily changes, backed by tracking, DASH-diet recipes, exercise plans and an AI breathing coach.

How we write our guides

Every guide in our Blood Pressure Guides library is researched against recognised medical authorities, including the American Heart Association (AHA), the Mayo Clinic, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the UK's National Health Service (NHS). We cite these sources in the text so you can check them yourself, and we write in plain language so the guidance is easy to act on.

Accuracy and medical review

We aim to reflect current mainstream clinical guidance. Guides are reviewed for accuracy before publishing and updated when guidance changes. Where an article has been checked by a named clinical reviewer, you will see a "Reviewed by" credit under the title. We are actively expanding clinical review across the library.

Medical disclaimer

Blood pressure management is individual: always consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional about your readings, medication and treatment plan. If you think you are having a hypertensive crisis or a medical emergency, seek urgent care immediately.
